Not satisfied.. ..

<p>After getting call from Wilna or Wilma the manager i am not happy with how this matter was handled infact it wasnt handled at all.....I am at the wits end with the customer service i recieved from pick n pay somerset mall. She apology felt very scripted and didnt really grasp what i was telling her about the incident......horrible service again this speaks volumes for your loyality towards your customers. As well as why does she want to see my face. *** youdidnt really address complaint now you want to see my face just so you can what</p>
