Not respectful to online customers

Buying online at pick n pay is a nightmare, second time now buying fresh chicken and it doesn't smell well, it seems like they don't respect the online customers 😒 they just pack the stuff that they can't sell ... first time when it happened I took it back they were not even apologetic about it , the so call manager didn't even bother to attend me.
