Not providing

During May & June BP & PnP Smart shopper ran a collect a car promotion where you have to put in fuel 4 x R600 to get a sms to collect a car. 3 time 2-4 days after my 4 x R600 fuel I got my sms and collected my car. on 30 June the last day of which you were able to qualify I have put in my last R600 fuel to make it 4 R600. Up to date 12 July no sms to collect my car. Between BO and PnP they cant decide who is to blame for not getting the sms. Now BP is asking me to proof i have put in R600 on 30 June I have emailed the slip received from the garage and now they say I provide false information its not the right slip. I have given them a slip received from garage not my fault the garage does not give a valid slip. BP is useless does false advertising and lie to customer. They promise stuff in promotions and when it come to time to deliver they cant and blame and falsely accuse the customer. only answers they have we are busy and will get back to you. after 3 day of constant phoning and emailing they still are full of excises and blames the customer for there mistake.
