Not possible to renew vehicle license o nline
I have uploaded all my documentation about 10 days ago for vehicle license renewal but there has been no update to my info whatsoever. I opened two tickets (TKT-370437 & TKT-200581) to make inquiries but there is no response either. According to you website "We will notify you as soon as we've updated your renewal cost (in 7 working days if your disc already expired otherwise in 3 days)" but it has now been 10 days and my disc expires in a few days.

01 Aug 2023, 13:50Now at 16:00 on the day my disc expires you tell me that you no longer renew license discs? Why is there no info on your website? Why are we allowed to fill in a form, why hasn't that form been removed? Why would i wait 3 weeks to receive this information. Now I have to stand in a queue to renew my disc AND pay a fine because of PNP's incompetence???

Now at 16:00 on the day my disc expires you tell me that you no longer renew license discs? Why is there no info on your website?
