Not paying money back

<p>We swiped our bank card at pnp and it was declined even if you have money in your account. I drew money and paid cash but it went off the account ANYWAY!! now we struggle to get it back over a month ago. Now head office and the branch manager just have excuse that the money is somewhere at FNB or some bull****!!! well we are opening a crominal case and are going to social media!!! we had enough. Please do not swipe your card here. PNP Culemborg Park Randfontein the manager are USELESS!!!!!!!</p>
