"Not My Problem"

Today on the 13th of June I experienced a mouthy attitude from one of the employees at Pick n Pay Waterfall Mall Rustenburg that was serving as a cashier. There was only one cashier serving customers and the que was horribly long and when I approached the lady at the second till known by her name badge as 'Precious', she simply put a sign in front of me to make me use the only cashier on duty, and almost refused to help me and other people lining up in her que and she simply told me it is not her job to help me and that she is doing me a favour. After confronting her she eventually helped me and the people in the que. I work in Retail myself and as far as retail is concerned, every customer is of concern to every employee, especially in her position as 'volunteer cashier'. I'm shocked at such arrogance and lack of understanding of her job title in customer service and in the fact that there was only one cashier really on duty.
