Not impressed with Pick n pay service.

I am not impressed with Pick n pay ASAP delivery. I purchased goods on the app, only yo realise that there were items missing. I called their customer support service and further emailed them with several follow-up emails, however they kept telling me that they are still investigating the matter. I don't understand what's taking them this long to investigate this matter.
