Not impressed

I used the pick n pay app to order groceries on Sunday, there were items missing, I contacted them straight away. They keep referring me to some voice mail thing and when I tried to speak to a person they were not interested in what I had to say, I've sent an email. It is now Wednesday and I have still not heard back from them or anything, not even so much as an apology. I won't be buying from their store again and I'll be sure to share my experience
