Not impress with Pick 'n Pay staff

I went to Pick 'n Pay Canal Walk last Sunday. It was not very busy, so we went to a cashier that was just sitting there. So she was casually busy on her mobile phone...she only saw she had customers when I greeted her... She then proceed to put her phone away under a piece of card board next to the till. I was so shocked! My daughter works for Food*****s Market. If this should happen there, the cashier will either be fired or receive a written warning. It seems Pick 'n Pay dont care about their customers at all.
