Not honouring their specials!!

<p>We often shop at pick n pay Hyper(by the sea) and do a fair amount of shopping at their online store aswel. A few weeks ago we saw a special on Bertolli Olive oil 1L and decided to buy a few bottles in store. When we got there we see that it was sold out and got a "rain check"from customer care for 5 bottles. We went in again the next week and was told that they still do not have any. How many trips do you expect me to make to get what was advertised? The least you could have done was call a few other branches and tell me where there is stock or when stock will be expected. Or would you prefer that customers not bother you and go shop somewhere else? Wake up pick n pay , the field has expanded. Please sort this matter out urgently.</p>
