Not honouring their Promotions

I had lodged a comprehensive complaint regarding the dismal service I had been subjected to. To this day, I have not had a single person from Pick & Pay contact me whatsoever. I surmise that they play for time and do nothing thereby waiting for the matter to die a natural death without lifting a finger.
