Not honoring promised delivery times

Placed an order through the Mr Delivery App from Pick a Pay festival mall. It is now 2 hours later and it still says order is being collected! Was supposed to have been delivered 40 minutes ago already. This isthe second time that my order is late. Will rather use Checkers 60 60 in future
