Not honoring deal

There was a special stating ANY 2 Natures Garden frying or oven baked chips for R48. The manager (Ellen) refused to honor the deal, saying "Any" means any of the 2 on the picture only. Someone, either Ellen or in head office does not know what the word "Any" means. I have never had an incident like this in Checkers before. On the plus side, your cashier Bongiwe was extremely calm and understanding.
