Not Happy with the service

My name is Aviwe , I just received a call from a Pick n Pay Manager, my complaint has not been resolved, Pick n Pay is failing to resolve my complaint and give me my money back, I am not gonna back down on this matter until I get my money back, you can not tell me I should have come back on the following day to complain is there a time restriction for a complaint to be made? Pick n Pay Jabulani if this is how you treat customers then you should start recruiting better people to do the job your service is poor, you suppose to be checking your cameras and not blame customers for the problem that your cashiers make, I want my R200 back!!!
