Not happy waited to give feedback

I went to pick n pay Newmarket on the 11 January 2025 and on the 12 January 2025 I wrote on their what's app platform where they said one of their agent will call me, I want to complain about a cashier who sent my son to look for price of the item that we bought while she was chatting with a packer not even acknowleding the customer who was behind us I had to apologize to that customer making him aware why we waiting,this is too much because it's not for the first time now My son said he doesn't wanna go there anymore.
