A soda stream was clearly packed in a R37 shelve. I took 2 and took pictures. Then went to the till to pay for it. The Manager bluntly and extremely arrogant told me to my face that"you will not get these items at this price". I spoke to 5 managers and it sounds like a broken record, as if I'm talking to robots all repeating the same lines. Eventually I got through to a Zayaan lady and she said it's the managers decision. But he still refused.

I've got pictures when the item was on the shelve, and after arguing with the manager he ordered the staff to take it off(got pictures also) Why did he removed it from the shelve.

They said that they will call me back in 3vdays,which became a month, and which I had to call them.
