Not happy

I brought something using pick and pay asap ,something was not on stock and my money is stuck on that app despite doing refund me on the 15th, 5 days later I still haven't gotten my refund, it's a shame that I have to post about pick and pay, because their app doesn't show a customer were to log a complaint.
