Not happy customer they are treating customers very badly
I had a very bad experience today at about 14:00 pm, I was with my sister there to buy something. And we were at the queeue and the other lady said I can't get inside the shop I explained to her that we are going together and I comply with the queue. She insist that we can't get inside both of us. And she called the manager who chased us and said we can go somewhere to buy groceries. As a manager you can't say to a customer.

30 Mar 2020, 19:49I am very disappointed at pick n pay in Heidelberg they are not taking customers seriously they're taking them for granted with their arogancy. What type of a manager is he that will tell the customer to go and buy somewhere?? He is a white guy.
