NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER

I bought clothes from Pick & Pay Hyper at East Rand Mall. I lost my slip & want to exchange the clothes as the sizes are not correct. I paid using my bank card as evidence of my purchase. They are refusing to help me & making me feel like I stole the clothing from the store. this is not acceptable & I want to be assisted please.
