Not Happy
<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought pick n pay's new (I think) chilli sausage and it tasted like old wine. It was really disguting. This isnt the first poor product I've purchased from pick and pay. I've been shopping at pick and pay for about 6 years and after this incident (one of many) I decided to go to checkers - surprisingly they were brilliant!!! I would recommend checkers to any customer. </p>

I would really like to recognise and thank Johan for his brilliant customer service abilities and the effort in resolving my complaint. He wears his customers shoes and is very proud of the company he works for. He is defnitely an asset and deserve a higher title. I will gladly return to his store. I've never met anyone so dedicated and helpful in any other Pick n Pay store. You should be proud!
