Not getting assistance

Again no assistance on a query I have from the 28-11-2021. I placed an order (order no: ***) on asap and was suppose to receive a refund. Everytime I queried this they say it is in process and then I get an email to say completed. I wrote my review on the 15-12-2021 and got a rep**** back from Pick & Pay with reference *** to say another query has been logged and they will look into it but again 5 days later and I am still waiting for my refund. We are almost going to the 28th of December and still no refund.
