Not customer focused

<p>As a smart shopper with PnP I'm starting to think I'm wasting my time. This month the Fresh Living mag came out VERY late. When I went to get, they were finished, not just at 1 but 3 different stores. I love this mag and shop at PnP for that reason. I phone and the customer care lady tells me that if the store has run out then too bad for me. Seriously? Why am I shopping there? Time to change I think!</p>
