Not complying with policy

<p>I went to draw money at centre and the ATM was not working, i then went to pick n pay Dundee and bought some cooldrinks and wanted to draw money, the teller just said no she does not have money, i told here to get, and the manager came with a ****py attetude that a store with 10 tellers dont have enough money to serve their customers, i then phoned Shane the store owner , same storie, when i told him that he is not complying to pick n pay's policy he just said , o what policy is that. with no regards to the customer and a bombastic tone like he does not care.</p>
