Not able to swipe my smart shopper at pick n pay Chris Hani Crossing.

The Pick n Pay at Chris Hani Crossing refuses to assist us with Smart shoppers on our phone. They insist that they want the actual card which is stupid if I have it on my phone. This is the second time they didn't want to swipe my smart shopper. Every other Pick n Pay does it happily.
