Not a happy customer

So yesterday i booked ASAP order on the Pick and Pay. They said it will be 1 hour i paid it 10:25 so i wait and 11:30 i went and wait outside 11:32 they said it was delivered 11:40 i start calling Pick n Pay Cape Gate i called them 15 times no one answered the phone. I then got a number for customer service after 4 minutes of talking to someone she but me on hold to find the driver i waited more then 4min and my airtime ran out i told her i don't have alot of airtime if my phone die she must please call me back. After almost 6 emails 15 calls to Cape Gate Pick n Pay and 1 call to the call center that did not call me back i still after 2hours did not receive my order. I will never order on that app again. I just want everybody to know you can't depend on Pick & Pay ASAP app and don't try to call Pick n pay Cape Gate because they will not answer.
