Not a happy customer

Once again on Friday 1st Decrmber 2023 on sassa grant day I went to PicknPay Southerwood, East London, the store was busy and only 2 cashiers open plus the kiosk where people were also queueing up to pay. I went to the store with a friend of mine who said that this was a big problem and why she prefers to buy at Spar which is closer to us but more expensive. My neighbour complained today, 2nd December, that he had the same problem today and complained to the manager. The store is clean, products fresh and prices reasonable but to wait in a queue too long and hear others complaining does not make a good shopping experience. I complained before on hellopeter about this supermarket and the store manager did contact me saying the problem will be sorted out????? I think Spar will see more of me as I have never been in a queue for longer than 5 minutes even at peak times.
