not a deliverable area?

So on numerous occasions i have suggested my area as a delivery area. (Grassy Park)

Today i tried again to do a delivery only to see it has still not been added. The area less than 1 km away is listed Zeekoei Vlei. AND JUST SO BY THE WAY LISTED AS ZEEKOEI VLEI, GRASSY PARK. But the area grassy park cannot be listed????? TOTAL BULL****.

What is the reason that the area grassy park is still not listed? Why is areas in a 1km radius listed, Why can you drivers drive through grassy park to get to the areas that is listed. I am totally gobsmacked as to the logic of this delivery situation.

I look forward to hearing as to why you still not delivering to grassy park.
