Northgate Pick n Pay is down the toilet

Northgate Pick n Pay gets worse with every visit there, on the 10th of January I popped in to cash my lotto ticket and waited 30 minutes for someone to eventually return to the money market, during that time I requested help twice from a manager who said she went to the toilet, for 30 whole minutes while there was nobody at her station, the cashier then arrived with an attitude and was rude and abrasive, pathetic service as always.
