Northcliff Square - One of the worst Pick n Pay ever - Rude Store Owner- Zorba!!

I was at the Northcliff Square Pick n Pay yesterday and the service received was shocking. The store owner Zorba was absolutely rude & has no people s****s. Being in the service industry, one has to be there for the customer, but this is not the case for Zorba, He did not come to the till to see what the problem was and he came across as ******!!! Really disgusting and one of the worst pick n pay i have been too. He should not be working in the service industry. There was an issue between pick n pay and Ola special. The supervisor, just as useless, could not help & said to speak to Zorba, Zorba did not even come to the till, near me, and made me talk with a raised voice as i had to shout over the people busy paying!! Its quiet obvious that he does not care for his customers, but only the money!!! A disgusting man he is!! I called pick n pay customer care and spoke to Glen to lay a complaint & he advised someone will be in touch with me. No one has contacted me until now!
