Nonsensical Customer Service

PnP Protea Glen refused to assist to withdraw money from their till machine , I was told that till can only help SASSA customer , How can almost all till be for SASSA why dont you only then open your PnP for SASSA people when it suit you we can buy from SASSA tills when you feel moody you come up with nasty excuses . I requested to speak to a manager and I was taken from pillar to post with an attitude that I wont be assist.

I will never advise anyone to use your money transfer because you can't service it. I will make it my mission that my family members and friend will never use your system because you clear dont understand customer experience.
