Nonsense service

Pick n pay asap is a ****. I ordered at 13:54 and it’s now 16:35 I haven’t received my order. I requested that they cancel my order, they **** and said the driver is on the way. When I track on the app there’s no driver allocated. I went in to a pick n pay store to collect and I was told that they do not work with pick n pay asap. What is the point of calling it ASAP if the deliveries will take forever.
