Nonsense service

I placed on order on the 18th on the pick n pay asap app my order was never delivered there was even extra charges on my account on that very same day tried calling the help line and I was not assisted and the money was already deducted logged calls sent emails to the customer service they took me back and fort till this day I haven't received my money I call everyday follow all the procedures they ask me to but I'm still not getting help they keep saying they already sorted it out yet they still with my funds they give **** assistance on their Call center all I want is my money back which they refusing to give back.im very disappointed with the kind of service they give their customers
