Nonchalant attitude of PnP Head Office

My dress was damaged at a PnP store due to an open bottle of Albex on the shelf. To date, 3 and a half months later I still await finalising of the matter as all the relevant documentation was submitted timeously by the stores Customercare Manager. I received the first call of acknowledging my claim 2 and a half mnths after I completed the forms. Is this how unimportant the customer has becometo Pick n Pay. What disaster awaits me the next time I shop at Pick n Pay or should one rather shop elsewhere. I have been very patient but enough is enough and this is not about the money but about the safety shopping at Pick n Pay as well as customer service. I have always shopped at PnP but now.........

The store concerned was PnP Wynberg but the delay of handling the claim was with Sharon at Head Office Kenilworth. The claim was finally settled on 26 July 2019 but like I mentioned before this was not about the money but the manner in which the matter was handled by PnP head office.
