Non response to delivery query

I purchased home appliances on Thursday 30/11 and was told delivery will be on Sunday 03/12 when I called at about 10h30 I was told by a person responsible for deliveries that he does not have it on his list but he will check and come back to me an hour and half I called and spoke to the store manager and the same person who I had spoken to earlier who promised to sort out my delivery @16h00 I called again and my call has been constantly dropped and have left my number again for someone to call me back to no avail
