Non pnp ASAP!

I ordered from PnP ASAP, got the wrong order, wrong bag and order nr, just a bag with 24 eggs, being trying now for 2 days just to get either my correct items or a refund with no joy. Emailed customer service, but i have to explain every time that's it the wrong order and bag, yet nothing to resolve it. I foned customer service, who told me she can't get hold of the store and will call me back, still waiting. This is such a poor service from PnP ASAP walmer park, Gqeberha. Customer service is non existent. I paid R264.98 for 24 eggs!!!
