Pick n Pay and BP petrol garages together run a promotion of accumulation of points through the PnP Smart Shopper Card - SS card -when one fills fuel at any BP garage nationwide. The problem I encountered whereby the points were not accumulating. Whenever I asked the petrol attendant to redeem my points, I was always told that I have less than R50.00 value to fill any fuel. I approached PnP Hypermarket Durban North store for assistance to ascertain why the points were not accumulating on my SS card. The customer care staff at the store told me to contact the call centre via the WHATSAPP chat portal on ***. My first contact on this portal was made on 29 May 2022. I provide all my details as requested and began the chat with Wendy Ngqwebo @ 12h10pm. After giving my reason for the chat, Wendy requested that I forward all my fuel receipt payments made at BP NORTH-END in Durban North to her email which I did. On 30 May 2022, I made further contact via the WhatsApp chat and was assisted by Kimone Stephens who asked for my contact details to forward to Wendy Ngqwebo. However all this effort to get an answer or reasonable reply never happened to date. On 19 June 2022, I did approach PnP Hypermarket Durban North again for help. The staff gave me the Customer care line number ***. I called this number on 20 June 2022 at 11h45am and spoke to Kannibelo. She requested my personal details. I again emphasized that the reply should be done by email. She said that my query will be sent yet again to Wendy Ngqwebo.

My big question- Why is there no feedback / update as yet since my query was lodged on 30 May 2022?

I am getting nowhere with Pick n Pay and therefore I am posting on HELLO PETER for your urgent assistance to help resolve this matter. I wish to be re-imbursed for all the receipts which I submitted which will help rectify this matter with Pick n Pay and / or with BP Garages South Africa.
