Non existent service at table bay mall Picknpay liquor store

Worst service ever. Was at pick n pay liquor store today and was overcharged on quartz beers. Approx 11.45am Lo and behold no manager/supervisor on the floor. Sent someone next door to grocery store, 10mins later, still no assistance. I went next door and the cashier and packers when asked to speak to manager, blankly looked at me, and carried on. Picknpay you should be ashamed of your non existent service. I guess losing a customer is of no importance to you....good luck with that.
