Non existent online delivery

Wasted the whole saturday waiting for an online delivery and no way of contacting them to find out about the order! Cannot get through to call centre and no respond to email!

10am Order delivered ar 15:30pm only, but at least received. How would one contact the online deliveries without depleting all your airtime??

I'm saddened to say Pick 'n Pay, I thought I'd give you another shot and do another online order to give you the opportunity to vindicate yourself (I did buy water last time and I understand the shortage issue), but unfortunately, now you have proven your customer service and delivery ***********. Still no delivery, no water this time!
