Non existent customer service

May I request that pick n pay training section please teach the staff at the greater Cape Town stores how to pack people's grocery. Separate cleaning product and toiletry from food and how to pack breakable items like yogurt or bread. While they're busy with that educate them on customer service, pertaining to private conversation and crawling when getting anything requested by the cashier. When people go to your stores in lunchtime, they have between half an hour and an hour. I would appreciate feedback on this as it's is pathetic.
