Non Existent Customer Service

I have a smart shopper card which I swipe every time when I buy clothing. Unable to register the card due to incorrect details on the card. I have tried Whatapp with no success. Call centre number *** is an absolute joke, nobody answers the call, called 3 times and in total spent 50 minutes waiting. Worst customer experience ever. Don't bother getting a smart shopper because it is useless.
