Getting hold of Pick 'n Pay to query an issue is a nightmare.

There are a number of ways you can contact them: (1) The call centre on ***. (2) Email on ***.

(1) I called the call centre - used up all my airtime talking to someone who had no idea what I was talking about and got no resolution;

(2) Emailed *** multiple times - now this one is a joke. You email them a simple question and either they don't know how to read or don't have an answer so you get a resolution not related to your query.
