Non Existant Customer Service

<p>I filed a complaint with regards to the delivery bay at the Pick n Pay store in Wilropark on the site of Pick n Pay dated 2016-05-03. I eventually received a mail on 2016-05-18 addressed to someone else that they are working on the query and will revert back. Really????? How shocking as I have not heard anything from them up until today. I am tired of having to wait for the trucks to be moved at the delivery bay in Cathkin Road as I reside in the area. They constantly block the road which is a hazard and after many talks with their management I have had enough. They damage the road and pavement in the surrounding area and even damaged property at one of the houses situated behind them. I am now going to make use of our local newspaper to write an article on the matter in order to have it resolved. I did give you a chance Pick n Pay, however, like the management at the store there is just no interest.</p>
