Non-delivery.....AGAIN Poor service PicknPay!

For a second time in 5 months PicknPay failed to deliver an order. Money was deducted on time...PicknPay never fails to take the money on time, but no delivery!!! Last time it took them 5 days to deliver the outstanding order, which they did without as much as an apology for the terrible service or a voucher to make up for the inconvenience. And all this despite the fact that I was waiting from 30 minutes before the delivery time because they don't stick to their delivery times.
