Non-delivery of online order
Order #*** (23 January 2022) refers. I reported an item missing from my online shop with Pick n pay ASAP over a week ago. Despite email acknowledgements and assurances the product will be delivered, I have not heard anything from the store in question, and the product remains undelivered. Not sure how else to escalate other than via Helopeter, I hope I get some traction from Pick n Pay now that I've had to go public.
