Non-Delivery of Items - No Support or Help

Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS APP! I placed an order, somebody received it (apparently) but it wasn't me. I have emailed support twice now, tried their message section (which doesn't work) and tried phoning numerous times to receive a voice message that says, "this voice box is not available for recordings". All to no avail! There is something seriously wrong here!
