non delivery of animal cards

<p>I spent R5600 online with pick n pay at the begining of August - the order was delivered but the failed to deliver the animal cards (which my kids are obsessed with).</p> <p> </p> <p>I have called their call center 3 times to escalate the query - today I get told, so sorry the promotion is over and they are out of cards. So I'm just supposed to accept that they didn't deliver them in the first place and they didn't get back to me on either of my fist two complaints (when the things were in stock & the promotion was still on).</p> <p> </p> <p>It's just not acceptable...</p>
