Non delivery, no refund as promised

I placed an order with bottles. According to the App I was to receive 5 bags, I received 1. The driver said he would return with the rest of the order. I contacted their customer support who.promised a refund. I now see I have been charged for the full order. This is blatant theft! Do not use this App.
