Non attentive staff

While shopping @ Pick 'n pay Clothing in Secunda mall today I slipped and fell in the middle of the main aisle and in clear view of the entrance. The store staff where all to buzy with their own personal conversations at the counter to even notice and even after I stumbled to my feet no one had offered me any assistance and I walked out of the store in pain. If the staff can't even notice a tall woman falling down in plain site what else don't they miss!?
