Non attended TV Complaint

I recently had a frustrating experience with Pick n Pay Mega City. I purchased a TV, six months down the line i discovered that the TV has a technical fault yet still under warranty. I've tried to liaise with them to resolve this issue and requested a refund but they refused to process a refund, instead they said they'll take it to the supplier for a credit refund, however it's almost a month now and they TV is still with them, seems like they don't even care.

I have been sending follow ups via emails, they don't even bother to reply, when i call them they always pledge to revert back to me with a feedback but they never did.
