Nombulelo Jack-change your attitude
Today I visited Pick n pay family Protea Boulevald and i was served by a cashier names(as per the slip) Nombulelo Jack. I do not know her but she is not alright, maybe she is sick because WOW! unnecessary attitude. She was at the express tills this morning. She called me, but i couldn't here her, i just learnt from her body language(So i thought) that She is calling me. I get to her till, I say "Hi Sisi, did you call me?". She just said "Hi". I then processed to ask her(nicely even after her rudeness)"are you aware you are not audible to a person who is in the queue?". This question was not to bother her in her shop but to make her aware, she might honestly not be aware, also understanding how sometimes it is difficult to talk and hear with the masks. Did she not ignore me again?. I then processed and ask for a plastic with my item, no acknowledgement again. I kept quiet, after all i am here to ask for credit in her store, how dare i bother her with petty things. She then after scanning asked "Plastic?".My problem is she onset had an unwelcoming attitude, which had absolutely nothing to do with me. 2. On top of her attitude her ears are not sharp 3. She missed an opportunity to rectify and apply new method(if indeed she was not aware she was not audible). Is this the training she got or maybe she is not feeling well and was forced to come to work because that was not uncalled for.
